The philosophy on the Pagnanelli cuisine is based on two fundamental, cardinal points to reach a high level.
First of all, the quality of the products, which must be fresh and of prime selection. For this reason , Pagnanelli changes the Menu every month in order to offer seasonal food, also underlining the importance of products from local farmers and producers , not to mention their family farm products.

To classify Pagnanelli’s kitchen with one adjective to describe their philosophy would be complicated.. because space is given to innovation with unusual food combinations and ingredients not commonly used but at the same time their origins are not ignored the most important dishes are those which are typical of the local and Italian tradition.
