“Pièce de resistance” are Pagnanelli’s winecellars recently restored with a project to offer special receptions and theme evenings. These reined cellars have become an attraction for many clients who participate in the various events held in the restaurant ..such as specialized courses, dinners planned for individual tastes,. All with the intent of rediscovering authentic flavours of the Italian kitchen.

Here one can admire hundreds of antique corkscrews, a vast selection of grappa and an interesting array of old coffee grinders.

The Pagnanelli cellars are famous for excellent service and experience in hospitality.

Matteo Mariani, is responsible for Pagnanelli Events. He has invented many successful activities in the cellars, such as cooking lessons, including breadmaking. He also organizes courses on wine conducted by an expert sommelier to introduce clients to the world of wine
